You can recover some of the points you missed on exam 1 ONLY by following the instructions in this document. Failure to do so will forfeit this opportunity. You are required to make a "good faith" effort when you complete this assignment; there are no short-cuts here. You can earn back a maximum of 5 points as each question is worth 1/2 a point, so you can only do a maximum of 10 questions. For example, if you got a 35 out of 50, then, by doing this assignment for 10 of the 15 questions you missed, you can move from a 70% to an 80%. Alternatively, if you got a 45 out of 50, then by doing this assignment for the 5 questions you missed, you can move from a 90% to a 95%. You cannot do any extra-credit questions that may have appeared on the exam. The assignment must be typed and I have created a special form that you will use. When you open the pdf file that I have created (available below), you will see the following information on the first page: ![]() You can save this form and your completed responses with Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher. A word of caution: Do not try to complete the assignment within the web browser itself. Why? For whatever reason, you will only be able to save the form; all of your entered data will "disappear." Make sure the document is opened only though Adobe Reader. In other words, save the file to the desktop, or wherever, and then open it by clicking on the file itself. You will submit your saved form to me electronically by sending it to my VSU email address and saved as your last name followed by the course number (e.g., Smith3600). You can print it out and turn it in if you must, but I'm just trying to save you a little money. You can open the form by clicking here. |
