Recommendation Form

Dear Professor: A student has applied for a summer job with the Conference Office to help with a number of conferences that we will host this summer. Whenever a student applies for one of these jobs, we ask the student’s professors for a brief assessment of that student’s qualities. As we get closer to making our final hiring decisions, we will ask some of these professors to write a more detailed letter about the student. For this first round, however, all we ask you to do is answer the following questions on this form and send it back to us within three weeks. Thank you in advance for your help.
