1.  One reason people join groups is to complete a task. But, what type of tasks do groups do best at completing? How do
     members of the group impact group tasks? The following table is based on Ivan Steiner (1972, 1976) who stated that
     groups utilize social combination rules in their endeavor to complete the task at hand. Social combination rules are often
     used to come to a decision regarding what needs to be done and who should do it.
