OBJECTIVE:

To gain firsthand experience in thinking critically about psychological tests.

YOUR HOMEWORK:

For this assignment, you will turn in a write-up (1 or 2 pages) discussing the sensation seeking scale. In your write-up, you will address the two elements constituting a good test discussed in Chapter 4 and how they relate to the sensation seeking scale, and, briefly, your score on the sensation seeking scale. You can use outside resources (e.g., journal articles, books, websites, etc.), but you cannot use quotes and if you plagiarize any material you will fail this assignment.

Requirements for this exercise:

1) You must have a title page containing a title for your homework, your name, and affiliation (i.e., Valdosta State University).
 You may use a header if you wish. The paper will be double-spaced, left-justified, and have 1" margins.

3) The assignment is to be free of writing errors as per the syllabus. Please refer to the "Writing Tips" webpage.

4)  The assignment is to be stapled together in the upper left-hand corner and is due in class before 2:30.
