the spaceship Enterprise. We will be using this special spacecraft built just for you to explore our solar system. Mission Scenario #1

Space Cadets, you have been chosen to take part in an important mission. You have been given the opportunity to travel on the space shuttle with other astronauts to each of the nine planets in our solar system You will explore each planet and report some very important facts about each planet. Here are the steps to complete your mission.
1. Click on the virtual tour website you have explored above. #7
2. For each planet, draw a picture of what it looks like and list the distance from earth to each planet.
3. List important facts about each planet.

Scenario Mission #2

For your next mission, you have been selected as captain of your space crew. For your assignment:
1. You and three other astronauts will explore our sun and moon using the above websites.
2. You will write down as many facts about the sun and moon as you can.
3. You will then report back to the ground crew with your discoveries.
4. You will then have all your space crew draw pictures of the sun and moon as your crew has described them.
